Making Sausage

I used boneless pork ribs, bacon fat, roasted red peppers, chili flakes, salt pepper, onion powder, and that is about it… The Sausage was just a quick ad-lib and since I planned on cooking it up with rice onions an fresh red peppers I wanted to have something simple that matched. Came out great – a soft sausage due to the roasted peppers but it was defiantly not watery.
