Tuna melts !

20130923-200418.jpgI eat too much – but these were so good 🙂

Mixed in a few water chestnuts to give the tuna salad a bit of crunch. Worked out great!

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • The juice of two small limes
  • 1/2 a large white onion
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1-2 table spoons of Hellman’s mayo
  • Half a pre-cut slice of Muenster Cheese
  • 2 small tomatoes
  • 1 loaf of nice bread

Baked @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30 minutes… Just until the bread is toast-ie and the cheese has caramelized. 🙂
